This Pasadena bungalow was built in 1906. In 2004 Susan purchased the home with intentions of renovating and adding a small addition. Our challenge was to modernize yet complement the original 1906 bungalow architecture. We expanded the home square footage, created much needed outdoor living space, and successfully salvaged and reused several elements from the original home throughout the new design.
